Ecosysco is led by Ngovveng Chheng, Chairperson and CEO, a Cambodian Sustainable Infrastructure and Decarbonization Specialist, with 15+ years of experience supporting government institutions, development partners and private-sector organizations in the field of energy, transport, sustainable building and circularity infrastructure.

His experience covers power-system planning, grid modernization, renewable-energy integration, battery energy storage, energy-sector modelling, energy efficiency, climate-change mitigation, carbon and MRV systems, green finance, policy development and stakeholder coordination.

He has contributed to assignments undertaken with or for organizations including the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, United Nations Development Programme, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, United Nations Industrial Development Organization and Agence Française de Développement.
